Test your taste buds as three local chef’s step up to the grill for a Salmon Cook-off (you get to vote!), learn tips and tricks on how to fillet salmon, and bring your kids to do fish printing! Also be sure to stop by the Trout Unlimited booth to learn more about how you can help protect Bristol Bay.
